OUR SCOPE

The project consisted of integrating an existing Automated Logic DDC system operating the HVAC equipment, an existing lighting control system, as well as adding electrical and water consumption monitoring to the building.

The energy and electrical scope were to add KW metering at the main switch gear and distribution sub-breaker panels. Separating total panel loads, lighting load, plug load, and HVAC load. On the front end, we display current and historical trending for both KW and KWH. as well as for the water consumption for both domestic and Irrigation.

The information and control of multiple systems through a single source has now enhanced the building to provide greater flexibility with regards to HVAC system control, lighting schedules, power usage and water usage monitoring.
