OUR SCOPE

The scope of this project was entirely controls, with no new mechanical systems added. As a part of this project, the existing Carrier CCN control system was replaced with a County of San Diego standard Distech Controls BACnet system. This replacement included programming of a Heating Hot Water system and several Variable Air Volume (VAV) units, as well as integration of an existing Carrier AC unit through a BACnet gateway. Additionally, an exterior lighting control system and multiple new KW meters were added to monitor electrical usage in accordance with the County of San Diego Pro-active Energy Management plan. The new Distech controllers were integrated into the existing County of San Diego server with graphics updated per the County standard.
